United by a passion for innovation and the future of surgery, we combine clinical expertise, MedTech industry experience, entrepreneurial thinking and technological innovation.
The people behind ORMove:
Univ.-Prof. Dr. Hans Fuchs brings the clinical perspective and decades of surgical experience. Sebastian Geyr and Diana Heidenpeter contribute their MedTech sales and marketing expertise, industry knowledge and understanding of clinical and educational needs. Theresia Fuchs adds strategic business development and the ability to turn innovative ideas into scalable solutions. Together with AI expertise, we are building an integrated approach to surgical education.
Founded by Theresia Fuchs and Sebastian Geyr in 2025, ORMove is built on one shared belief: surgical training must become more accessible, measurable and effective.

Theresia combines 15 years of B2B leadership across diverse global industries and worked for global brands like Telekom, Hilti and Aimbient with a robust record in IoT business modeling and high-level sales management.
Having navigated professional landscapes in the USA, France, Malaysia, and Sweden, she integrates a multicultural perspective with her skills as a certified systemic coach.
Her academic foundation includes an International Business BA from the University of Applied Sciences in Mainz, followed by a Technology Management MS from London’s Open University, forming her unique strategic approach.
Sebastian brings over 15 years of experience in the MedTech industry with a core expertise in marketing and a strong sales focus. He has held leadership roles at global market leaders Stryker, Intuitive and B. Braun, where he combined product management, marketing and surgical education.
Sebastian holds a degree in Health Economics and is recognized for building networks, driving market adoption, and advancing new training solutions in surgery.
